Fraud can be explained by three factors:
o Supply of motivated offenders.
o Availability of suitable targets.
o Absence of capable guardians (e.g., internal controls).
• Conduct some research on an individual who was found guilty of fraud - did that individual meet the three factors that contribute to fraud?
• What suggestions would you make to management to determine if an employee is operating with integrity.
The response should include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
