Discussion Post: Evaluation of Classmates' Training
In this discussion, you and your peers will share the projects you have worked on in this course. This is a great opportunity to practice evaluating training developed by others, as well as gain some invaluable feedback on your own project!
For your initial post: Post the objectives you created for your training, along with the actual training project you submitted.
For your response post: Pick another student's project and evaluate its design based on the objectives. Does the training meet these objectives? Give the objectives, what suggestions do you have for improving the training?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
