Once you discover your PRIMARY leadership direction, please comp lete and submit a 750 wor d, single spaced reflection (paragraph form) that answers the following questions: (for a East-North person)
• What are the strengths of your style, and which ones resonate with you the most about yourself?
• If you found that you have a secondary direction (North-West, South-East, etc.), how do you feel it interacts with your primary direction?
• What are the limitations of your style and which ones do you feel specifically apply to you?
• What style do you find most difficult to work with and why?
• What do people from other "directions" or styles need to know about you so that you can work together effectively?
• What do you value about the other three styles?
• How will you apply this knowledge of both your primary and secondary direction (if you discovered one) in your professional lives (currently and in the future?
