Generally, stress can be divided into two categories - distress and eustress. What is the difference in these two "types" of stress? Physiologically, the body responds the same regardless of our perception of whether the source of the stress is positive or negative. How does your body respond to "stress"? What are stress hormones and what do they do in the physical body? Be sure to sure to discuss both immediate and long-term effects of stress.
