Problem: Through this course we have discussed four main strategies to address substance use; enforcement, education, prevention, and harm reduction. These strategies can be implemented for legal and illicit drug markets. Please define each strategy and provide an example of each strategy in action. In addition, build on your strategy from the case study and provide examples of how you would use each of these strategies towards reducing the use of a specific drug, legal or illegal. Lastly, provide a sketch of if you would favor a public health approach or a criminal justice approach to reducing the abuse of dangerous substances.
