In today's post-Covid world, there is a bigger presence and need for the virtal work environment, also know as the Virtual Organization (VO).
a) Describe the virtual organization.
b) How would you assess the risk (threats & opportunities) of a VO as a Project Leader?
c) Can you describe a couple of examples and develop Risk Statements that would go into your Risk Register.
d) What steps would you take to mitigate those two examples?
e) How would you implement those mitigation plans? Think about who would support the plans, how would you prioritize, etc
