Discussion: "Critical Thinking in the Workplace"
Think about what types of problems you have encountered on your job. How did you solve the problem? Did you ask questions first or just delve into the problem?
NOTE: Don't provide a personal problem but a work-related problem/challenge that you helped solve or a problem/challenge that you and team of employees solved. Be specific considering the following prompts:
1. Provide the specific situation or scenario.
2. What steps were performed to think through the situation using critical thinking, more importantly, asking the right questions??
