i. When police are investigating someone accused of a crime, the suspect's phone and social media posts, as well as their email can provide a wealth of information about the suspect. Don't you agree? What are the steps (do you think) an investigator must take, should take, in order to get access to this information?
ii. Not that you would commit a crime and post on social media about it, but what can you do, in order to protect your social media and email information? What steps can you take to protect yourself from someone (law enforcement or other) trying to investigate you?
