1. Consider our political system today, in 2019. Which groups of people are excluded from participating in the political process?
Identify at least two groups of people who are excluded and engage with at least one of your colleagues and explain why you either agree or disagree with the group of people that they identified. As always, use your critical thinking skills to answer this.
2. What speech is protected under the first amendment and what speech is excluded from first amendment protection? And why?
