You are the V.P. of Operations for a large retailer. Most recently, the CEO announced to the public that the company was going "green." You expressed your concerns to him about the cost and time needed to implement such a program. Further, the CEO says he wants it done I the next 90 days. Due to the downturn in the economy, it is your responsibility to find ways to be lean and green and do it within the 90-day timeframe. Make any assumptions needed to complete the assignment.
Devise a 90-day plan to become lean and green? What specific changes will you recommend and implement?
