Think about the most effective and the least effective managers you have worked with during your career. In a paper, describe how their problem-solving skills had an impact on both you and the organization. In your opinion, which organizational theory or model do each fall under and why? What skills would have helped these managers to handle both the employees and the needs of the organization successfully? Based on your knowledge, would the management styles have the same impact on the private sector? Why or why not? Support your answer with an appropriate rationale and examples where applicable.
