The 27 staff members include 6 infant caregivers, 6 toddler caregivers, 6 teachers for three-year-old's, 6 teachers for four-year-old's, a rotating teacher assistant, a cook, and an assistant director. The program is open from 6:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. The director is expected to be involved in the community and serve on various community committees. Additionally, the director's role carries the responsibility for overseeing the entire program's educational and administrative functions, including preparing the payroll every two weeks.
