Think about an entrepreneurial venture you might want to start.
i. What sorts of personality traits do you think will be important to lead the start-up?
ii. Do you have those traits, and if not, what sorts of leadership substitutes could be used to make up for the deficiency?
iii. What leadership behaviors will be the most important to a successful launch?
iv. Consider the pros and cons of starting with a group of co-founder. What sorts of leadership skills would you want other members of your group to have that complement yours?
v. What skills do you have that you would not want others to have?
