What should the oil level be above the pump inlet

A hydraulic system has a 100-gal reservoir mounted above the pump to produce a positive pressure (above atmospheric) at the pump inlet. The purpose of the positive pressure is to prevent the pump from cavitating when operating, especially at start-up. If the pressure at the pump inlet is to be 5 psi prior to turning the pump on and the oil has a specific gravity of 0.09, what should the oil level be above the pump inlet?
