A higher degree of education may also enable people to do their jobs more effectively and make greater contributions to the business. As a result, in order to gain a higher return on their investment, the corporation might be willing to pay for its employees to pursue their education or earn degrees. However, there are a few other reasons why employers can demand that candidates have degrees in hand or be pursuing them.
