The opportunity for a fresh graduate student to get a job can be influenced by several things, such as the Grade Point Average (GPA),softskill, ability to work in groups/teams, work experience, gender, and age. If you read various job advertisements circulating in various media, both in newspapers and on the internet, you will definitely find the above factors as conditions that will always be requested by a company from its prospective applicants. If a fresh graduate student has deficiencies in some or all of these factors, it is likely that the new graduate student will have difficulty finding a job. Suppose you are interested in doing research on this and implementing it in an application. It is hoped that the application that you make can provide an overview for a university graduate regarding the chances of being accepted at a company. You can make developments that are deemed necessary to achieve your research goals
a) Explain the stages of the research that you carried out to be able to produce an application that can display the value of the opportunity for a university graduate to be accepted in a company.
b) Make a questionnaire regarding user responses to the application you made. based on the five factors put forward by Shneiderman and Plaisant (2010), namely Time to Learn, Performance Speed, Error Rate by Users, Memory, and Subjective Satisfaction. Suppose the five factors are variables that need to be measured through several statement items. Make five statement items for each of these variables (25 items in total) using a Likert scale.
c) There are 3 conditions for a good measuring instrument. Does your questionnaire meet these requirements? Explain
