Assignment

Part 1

Too large subnet doesn't necessarily mean too much traffic, as a matter of fact, sometimes, have more subnets helps reduce broadcast traffic. It may mean more route calculation for the router- more overhead.

One subnet is enough per VLAN. The subnet may be large or small.

The more subnets you have, the less devices per VLAN/subnet and the less subnet you have, the more devices/host per subnet/VLAN.

You have to choose your subnet size wisely. For instance, the faculty VLAN in Worchester site have 19 devices. If you use a /24 (255.255.255.0) subnet. You will have 254 usable IP addresses available. Since only nineteen is currently being used, you have room for expansion.

Part 2

What routing protocol did you chose and why?

Where is your configuration for the routing protocol?

Where is your summarization configuration?

Where is your default route out Wochester config

All of these need to be completed.
