6) Diabetes mellitus (2.9 percent)

7) Influenzs and pneumonias (2.7 percent)

8) Alzheimer's disease (2.8 percent)

9) Nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, and nephrosis (1.5 percent)

10) Septicemia (1.3 percent)

11) All other causes (20.2 percent)
