What role does government play in the marijuana issue in California (all three levels: federal, state & local)? What are their concerns and goals?
What role does business play in the marijuana issue in California? What are their concerns and goals?
What role do nonprofits play in the marijuana issue in California? What are their concerns and goals?
Has your opinion of the topic changed after watching the documentary, why or why not?
Your paper should ONLY be based on the documentary. I know that there have been a lot of changed to the issue since this film was made - however, this is the best example of how all the sectors we talk about in class interact over one issue.
