This assignment centers experiential knowledge produced by persons who have had direct experience in the sex industry. The purpose of this assignment is to document and analyze two visual, audio or written resources produced by sex workers or persons who have had direct experience in the sex industry. Required to:
Find two visual, audio or written materials that have been produced by sex workers or persons who have had direct experience in the sex industry. You must specify how the 4 resources you have chosen meet this criteria. This may include materials (e.g. photos, brochures, posters, banners, comics, etc.) in which the central content has been shaped by sex workers or persons who have had direct experience in the sex industry.
The option of writing about resources separately (e.g. 400-500words per resource x 2 resources = 800-1000word essay) or writing about both of the resources together. ? Students should apply the ideas discussed in the course and/or other academic research literature to analyze the resources taken for the essay.
