For 2 of the process types, suggest one area for improvement with a brief explanation of what could be done better.

The Boss wants you to draft a "trial" charter for her pre-selected members of a BPI Team.
Part A. Which, if any, of the questions - below - might you ask team members before you make that "trial" draft?

Part B. Advise the boss who might be "significant others impacted by or who might impact the BPI" beside the BPI team members.
