Let all the work which first requires to be completed before schedule can be constructed.
a. What is going to do require to be defined.
b. Each of tasks requires to be identified.
c. Each of the tasks requires the estimate of how long it will take.
d. All tasks then require to be put in relation to each other (that is what comes first, then what happens after that, and after that, and after that....)
So all this work is performed and schedule can be derived. Why do we do this and how can it aid us with our project?
