Topic: Siemens Corporation Fraud
All students will be required to make a 5-minute presentation. The paper, must be 3 to 5 pages in length and at a minimum, should address the following:
• Were there any red flags about the fraud before the fraud came to light? You can analyze the financial statements to check for red flags.
• If you were leading the investigation, what steps would you recommend?
• What recommendations would you give the company post-fraud so that this fraud does not happen again?
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
