1) Why did it take 70 years for the women's rights movement to win women's suffrage at the national level?
2) What racial schisms resulted from the debates over the 14th and 15th amendments to the Constitution? How do these debates make you think differently about the movement for women's suffrage?
3) What were some of the differences between early activism for women's suffrage and activism in the 1910s?
4) After the 19th amendment to the constitution was ratified by the states in 1920, which women still couldn't not vote and why?
