Read Chapter 9
Using your Chapter and Videos, thoroughly discuss:
i. What propels or exacerbates the chances a juvenile will join a gang?
ii. Are juveniles already delinquent when they join gangs? Explain your response.
iii. How to get juveniles not to join gangs.
