What problems do you see with implementing the solution

Problem: A new form of stress has entered the vocabulary of modern day psychologists: eco-anxiety. Loosely defined, this form of stress is focused on the steady deterioration of the environment and the increasing dangers of climate change. Some individuals and world leaders choose to ignore the problem and deny that there is any climate change happening at all. This is a form of emotion-focused coping (distancing) that aims to simply ignore the problem and the emotions/stress that it may cause. However, some individuals (generally more educated) try to generate solutions to solve the problem. This problem-focused coping may take many forms. Below is an article outlining one problem-focused coping strategy. Read this article and discuss the following points in your journal reflection.

1. How likely is it that the solution will work?

2. What problems do you see with implementing the solution?

3. How can we overcome those barriers to successfully implementing the solution?

4. What are some things you could do to solve the problem of eco-anxiety
