Mr. Totino is a 68 year old male. He came to the ED w/recurrent CP (chest pain). His chest pain initiated at rest and has lasted 30 minutes with no relief. He currently rates the pain as 5/10, pressure in mid chest that radiates into his neck. He denies SOB. The pain has started to relieve and is now almost gone when he comes to the ED. He has had this pain off and on the last 2 days
