What practices and strategies will you take to select the best possible staff?
What ideas and strategies will you follow to give employees ongoing feedback and appraisals?

Part V: Leading, Motivating, Communicating

Describe your leadership style. What specific traits will you try to develop and implement?
Describe how you will delegate work and empower your staff. How will you follow up on assignments given to staff?
How will you create culture of teamwork, cooperation, collaboration, and sharing?

Part VI: Budgets, Controls

Explain the budget, purchasing strategies, and practices you will implement.
What are strategies and practices for sharing information with your staff? Suppliers? Your Manager?
