Read "National Collegiate Athletic Association Ethics and Compliance Program" on pages 444-454 of your textbook.
Use the Case Study Template shown in Canvas. Download the template to your computer and write your case study on this document. Save and submit your Word document in Canvas.
In your case analysis, you should have the following:
• In the first section give a one paragraph overview of the case.
• In the next section "Company's Approach", give a one paragraph overview of how the NCAA encourages collegiate football programs to develop a culture of ethics and compliance. Explain how this can be applied to other businesses. (2 paragraphs maximum)
• In the third section "Questions for the Case" answer these questions in paragraph form:
o What power base is the NCAA using to develop a culture of ethics and compliance? Use the text to substantiate your response.
• In the final section "Evaluation", address how well the NCAA's approach is working. What could they do to improve the culture of ethics and compliance?
