The following case (Case Attached)follows a localized outbreak of hepatitis A and the actions taken by local citizens, governmental organizations, and a coalition of hospitals. As you read, identify specific parties and their actions/interventions to address the crisis. Using the table below, identify the following:
• What: the action/intervention taken
• Who: the organization or person undertaking the action/intervention
• Whether the action/intervention was primary, secondary, or tertiary.

Identify at least three interventions from the case above, using no more than 10 or so words (without an explanation). For each instance, identify the action, the person or organization performing the action, and the type of intervention it is.
