• Much is made of the Net Generation and Gen Z. What positive qualities do you see them possessing that maybe took previous generations more effort or time to express?
• One thing I am a strong believer in is that we all have our "personal brand" that we share to the world. Its our reputation. Social media has profoundly affected this and perhaps our ability to control it.
It is good to be committed to our career, take care of our families and engaged in our communities. Oftentimes, we get recognized for our hard work and its important to stay humble when receiving praise, awards or public recognition.
Even if we receive recognition with humility, can "over-exposure" on a personal level become a problem? Explain (and perhaps own examples) why you feel this way?
