(1) What policies and programs has your assigned company implemented to monitor insider trading activities?
(2) What patterns and trends for stock transactions in the past 12 months exist among insiders at the company (Use https://www.marketwatch.com or a similar site to obtain research to support this response).
(3) Give existing trends and condition of the company, should the company's policies with respect to insider trading activities be amended? Why or why not?
