What special health needs to LGTB patients have? Currently, what percent of the population identifies as LGTB? Members of the LGTB community come from all cultures, from all walks of life, all socio-economic backgrounds, all ethnicities, and all religions. Is there a need for culturally competent healthcare and providers specifically trained to meet this population's specialized needs? What specialized needs might these be?
