The formation of the Earth is something that most geologists now accept as being an event (or events) that took place 4.6 billion years ago. This age is met with some skepticism from others outside the discipline at times due to the application of the principles of radioactivity. What other possible methods could geologists use to better support this age determination? Assuming unlimited funds, what other techniques should geologists try to develop?
