The form of a company will determine the amount of regulation to which it is subjected. The business rights and obligations of business owners vary also depending on the organizational form of a business.
In your current industry or an industry you aspire to be in, what organizational form is ideal and why? In your post, address some defining characteristics of the form you chose, including rights and duties of the business owner. Also, address advantages and disadvantages of the form you selected.
