What nursing interventions do you need to prioritize

Case Study:

A 22-year-old male Daniel Smith identified as from Walbunja people of the Yuin nation. The young man was brought into the emergency department via ambulance and the paramedics. They handed over that his mother called due to finding him wandering in his home and not making sense. When assessing the patient, they found that the patient was confused, shaking, nauseated and vomiting, was having heart palpitation and was sweaty.

When assessing the patient during handover you note their vitals are within normal limits and begin to check the blood sugar level which was 2.2mmol.
