CC- " My head hurts and my face seems to droop "

You examine him- frontal headache with some right facial palsy. You notice an enlarging circular lesion on his thigh ( 5cm in diameter) that came about 8 days later.

PE- pain from his headache- on scale a 7 as noted; photophobic, nuchal rigidity and facial palsy.
