What must be proven to succeed

Problem: Namrata owns and operates a tour bus company called Namrata, LLC.  Namrata is an experienced commercial driver who specializes in transporting music groups from city to city.  While transporting Shakira, her band, and her back-up dances from savannah to Atlanta, Namrata's attention was diverted momentarily from the road when a bee flew in the window of the bus, landing on her neck and stung her when she attempted to swat it away.  The distraction caused her to lose control of the bus.  The bus veered off the road, hit a ditch and tripped over onto it's side.  At the time the bee flew in the window, Shakira was in the back of the bus practicing her dance moves on the table in the small kitchen area.  The motion of the bus caused Shakira to be shown off the table, resulting in a serious injury.

Shirkira comes to you for legal advice.  She want to sue Namrata and Namrata, LLC. What law applies? What must be proven to succeed?  What damages is she untiled to?  What defense(s), is any, could Namrata raise against her?  Define fully.
