1) What motivates the people on your team? How does this inform your leadership style?

2) Are the people on your team motivated and engaged? How do you know?

3) Considering each of the elements in Bridgespan's Organization Wheel, is your unit as effective as it could be?

4) Have you created an inclusive and welcoming environment for your team?

5) Are you able to recruit and retain talent?

With these broad questions in mind, put together a one-page executive summary assessing the strengths and challenges (related to your team's motivation and engagement) of your organization. Identify three or four action items that you will attempt to implement (or stop doing) over the next six months to maximize employee motivation and engagement.
