In addition to your answers to the questions, ?create one open-ended question?that relates to one of the chapters to start a discussion with your peers. This question could be something that you considered when reading the chapters and reviewing other sources, or something you've experienced that is conflicting with, or similar to the material.
a) In light of the diversity of adult students today, such as culture, language, age, gender, experiences, learning styles, disabilities, etc., what range of methods may be used to demonstrate that learning has occurred in the organization? What might be some barriers to learning based on this diversity? Provide an example based on your own experience or someone you may have worked with.
b) Discuss the relationships you are observing between the learning styles and multiple intelligences. What might be a good example to explain this? Reference the reading and/or further research/peer-reviewed journals, to support your response.
