Assignment
Description: Using the three cases provided, write a 7-10 page paper about how you would proceed in counseling one of these clients utilizing what you have learned throughout this course. Be sure to include the following:
- What type of an assessment would you use and why?
- Using DSM 5 Diagnostic Criteria, what might be actual or possible diagnoses you would consider?
- What additional information would you ask to fully asses this individual?
- What type of etiological theory do you feel applies?
- What might be pertinent issues for the treatment plan?
- What might be special issues to consider?
- Who should be involved in the client's treatment? Why?
- How would you involve family/significant others?
- What community services might you refer this client to?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also Include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
