Problem: Socialization can happen on purpose (intentionally) or happen unintentionally. For example, teaching children table manners is intentional, but children who are exposed to their parents arguing are being socialized whether the parents are aware of it or not.
Describe something another example of intentionally socialized for a child and something unintentionally socialized for a child. What methods (cognitive, observation, apprenticeship, etc.) were used and who were the agents of socialization? What are the results of the process today?
