Now you are actively involved in the P&C underwriting function for Big Mo. For this week's discussion post, you need to describe your typical line underwriting day at Big Mo. What meetings and interactions are you having? What are you doing as you sit at your desk? Who is stopping by to talk with you and what are they talking about? Tell us what specific activities and tasks you are doing as you go through your day. Also tell us how your boss is measuring and monitoring your performance to make sure you are growing and improving as an underwriter. Do not tell us about the details of how you are underwriting any particular insurance applicant, unless you have an interesting anecdote or incident from one such underwriting activity that you want to share.
