After listening to the broadcast, In at least 500 words, create an apocalypse hoax narrative with a plan to release it for the purposes of enlightening and entertaining an audience that would work similarly to theWar of the Worlds radio broadcast in 1938.
If you were to create a narrative about the end of the world to make a similar comment about audiences today, which themes, tropes, genres, elements would you use? What media would you use to dramatize them? Internet news? Twitter? You Tube? What current problems regarding fear and survival (as well as other themes) in our social, economic, and/or political landscape do you find the most important to highlight in your narrative?
