Physical Attractiveness of the area is an important factor that is relatable to the city of Traverse (Bluestone, 2014). This is important because Traverse is seen as a touristic city, which means that people are attracted to the area for its views and vacation like environment. The more we can make the area a place to go when on vacation.

This factor is very important when determining the location of a future business, especially when tourism is a major selling point in building success.
