1."What makes unconventional beliefs the deviant behavior, who sets the rule that conventional Christianity is the norm?
2. By many measures, the wealthiest nation in the world cares for its most vulnerable members very little, when compared to other developed nations. We do not have universal health care, for example, while every other developed nation provides this for their citizens. We have very low subsidies for the costs of college, while college education is free and students are provided funds for living while studying in countries with less wealth. Parental leave is minimal when compared with many other countries. We do however have the larges military budget of any nation, by far.
Can one honestly support the claim that most Christians do follow the religious mandate to be selfless and compassionate?
