Based on what you learned from the video (see link below), the assigned readings by describing your understanding of the the importance of training and development to employees and the organization do both areas - employees and the organization. If you have had a training experience with your present or previous organization, what made the training beneficial or in some cases what was needed to improve the experience for you. Discuss.
