Problem: Identify a project in the news. This could be anything, a construction project. Whatever the student chooses, it should have enough substance to analyze. You should be able to identify scope, time, and budget. You will analyze information about the project and summarize it. Then you will discuss what went wrong with the project or what made the project successful (if that information is available). You may also offer your thoughts on how the project manager approached the assignment.
