"it was brought to my attention that one of my RBTs has a picture of a former client (no longer receiving service from us) on her phone. The mother of the client sent the picture to the RBT and frequently gives us updates on the child's well-being due to the family moving from one state to another. Is this a violation of code 2.06(e)?
• If an RBT is listing herself as a "behavioral analyst" on social media (Facebook and Linkenld), it seems that this violates code 10.07. I have notified this RBT (who reports that she will take the BCBA exam the next time it is scheduled)that this label should be changed on her social media and anywhere else.
Should you contact her current BCBA supervisor or file a report with the BCBA or both?
