What if law enforcement officers could not be charged with a crime? After reviewing the video attached and one of the recent tragic murders of Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, or one of the men and women mentioned by Washington. Explain why you would or would not support the petition for the Hands Up Act. Identify the Constitutional Violations cited and discuss the three legal remedies identified.
